Deep Fried Catfish
  • 2 lbs of catfish in in cubes
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • cornmeal
  • vegetable oil
Wash and dry catfish. Coat with Cornmeal and shake off excess. Heat oil on high heat in deep pan until smoking. Deep fry fish for 5 minutes - turning once. Remove and drain in paper sak filled with paper towels.
